Eight days across Vietnam's three iconic cities — engineered for small groups who want great food, open water, ancient towns, and zero planning stress.
Vietnam isn't just a backpacker trail — it's a country where you wake at dawn to watch limestone islands rise from the mist, spend a night on the water with nothing but lanterns and silence, then land in a city that doesn't sleep. Most tourists do one city. We take you across the whole spine in eight days without it feeling rushed.
You land at Noi Bai and meet your trip lead. After check-in in the Old Quarter, wander the French colonial streets, catch Train Street before the train comes through, and dinner overlooking Hoan Kiem Lake. Night ends at Beer Street (Ta Hien).
An early coach to Halong Bay, then a full day on the water — kayak through limestone arches, explore Thien Cung cave, lunch on deck, and watch the sun go down over the karsts before heading back to Hanoi.
Morning flight south to Da Nang. First stop Marble Mountain's Buddha-filled caves, then My Khe Beach. Check into Hội An, walk the Ancient Town as the silk lanterns light up the Thu Bon river, and end on the party strip.
A French village perched at 1,500 metres, reached by the world's longest single-track cable car, with the Golden Bridge held up by two enormous stone hands. Full-day exploration, then back to Hội An for the last night out.
The bamboo basket boat ride through the coconut forest is genuinely hilarious. Afternoon food crawl — white rose dumplings, cao lầu noodles, bánh mì from Phượng. Free evening in the lantern streets.
Morning flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Check in, then the Café Apartment — a 1960s tower where every floor is a different café. Evening on Bui Vien, the strip that makes Beer Street look quiet.
Morning trip to Cu Chi — the 250km tunnel network, with an optional AK47 range. Back to Saigon for sunset at a rooftop skyline bar, souvenir shopping, then the group's last night out.
One last slow breakfast and group photo. From Saigon, you connect to your onward international flight. Your trip lead sees off every departure.
